We have been trying to be creative since the beginnings of the Internet in Poland. From the first websites in the late 1990s to predictive analytics for e-commerce in 2020. Today we are creating K5, a unique boutique space in Warsaw’s Praga district for people connected with modern economy.

Logistics is one of the key issues. The building is located between the Stadion Narodowy metro station (5 min), a tram line (2 min) and the Warszawa Wschodnia railway station (4 min), where the third metro line is going to be built soon.
Within a short distance, there is the Koneser complex with restaurants and shops, Ząbkowska and Jagiellońska streets with a large selection of gastronomic facilities.
The building has garage spaces for renting companies, countless parking facilities for bicycles or scooters.
Thanks to the spacious reception area with a lot of room for small meetings, courier services or providing security for tenants, the entire building has its additional unique style.
A cosy gym, available 24 hours a day, is where a lot of our members take an effective work break, undergo rehabilitation with an individual consultant or starts their day. A shower, changing room and sports lockers are available on the same floor.
Our canteen provides space for a common meal, coffee or a short meeting. It is a very important part of the building, where you can feel like you are in a café and get away from your desk for a while.
A unique space for meetings, conferences or a moment of relaxation. Our own cinema with 21 seats is a favourite place for many people. For us, it is an additional place to celebrate different occasions, such as a pre-Christmas movie marathon.
